As a Client Accounting Associate at Baker Tilly (BT), you'll join our Managed Services practice, helping clients modernize their accounting operations through cloud technology, scalable processes, and outsourced accounting solutions. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll support clients across a variety of industries—including real estate and mid-market businesses—as they enhance their financial operations and achieve long-term success.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or expected completion prior to employment. 

• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. 

• Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above 

• Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly Intern 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Strong academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above. 

• Internship or relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or client accounting services. 

• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel). 

• Interest in cloud accounting technology, process improvement, and client service. 

• Progress toward CPA eligibility or an interest in pursuing the CPA designation is a plus. 

The pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

In Chicago, IL: pay rate range is $56,485 to $85,200

In Frisco, TX: pay rate range is $60,000 to $81,320

In San Francisco, CA: pay rate range is $74,700 to $100,685

In Irvine, CA: pay rate range is $67,850 to $89,060

In New York, NY: pay rate range is $72,500 to $96,810
