We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead maintenance operations within our industrial/manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and a proven track record of supervising maintenance teams in a production environment. This role ensures facility equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Salary: $33-38/hour

Responsibilities:

Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery, HVAC, electrical systems, conveyors, and other facility equipment.

Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance programs, including routine inspections and predictive maintenance strategies.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports; track work orders and equipment performance.

Coordinate with production, engineering, and management teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and capital improvements.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements:

Prior supervisory experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting
