Make a difference by helping ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of manufacturing assets through disciplined maintenance execution, proactive reliability improvement, and strong team leadership.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead daily maintenance operations to maximize equipment availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with production priorities and company standards. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, develop maintenance capability, and support continuous improvement across the plant.
What you will do:
- Lead maintenance execution - Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities, monitor progress, remove barriers, and ensure timely completion aligned with production requirements.
- Champion safety and compliance - Ensure compliance with permit-to-work, LOTO, GMP, food safety requirements, company policies, and applicable safety regulations.
- Develop team capability - Coach and develop maintenance personnel through structured training, feedback, and technical capability-building activities.
- Resolve operational issues - Provide leadership during equipment failures and abnormal situations, support root cause investigations, and ensure corrective actions are sustained.
- Manage contractors and resources - Supervise contractor activities and maintenance resources to ensure work meets safety, quality, cost, and scope expectations.
- Coordinate across functions - Partner with Production, Quality, EHS, Engineering, and Project teams to minimize disruption and support operational objectives.
- Strengthen work management - Support budget control, resource optimization, timely work-order closure, and accurate maintenance records through effective CMMS use.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5-7 years of maintenance experience in food, beverage, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, chemical, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, planning processes, reliability improvement, and industrial asset management.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating work in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using CMMS platforms, preferably SAP PM, with good written and spoken English.
