  • Co-ordinate and manage design and improvement projects through a wide network of resources, by identifying and assessing improvements or opportunities.
  • Assess and manage changes to maintenance packages whilst ensuring minimal impact to the boat programme and retaining submarine safety.
  • Work with colleagues to identify improvements to current maintenance activities by utilising opportunities provided by data-driven analytics alongside traditional methods.
  • Manage changes to current activities using existing and new processes that could provide opportunities to optimise maintenance and support the SMRP.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of NSRP systems, components and maintenance.

Position Qualifications:

Being a part of Rolls-Royce you’ll know we embrace agility, are bold, pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do.  These principles form our values and behaviours and are an essential component of our assessment process and are fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.

  • Have a keen interest in technical engineering with a basic understanding of how a nuclear plant works.
  • Be able to rise to the challenge and complexities of maintenance planning in an ever-changing environment.
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both verbal and written format.
