Principle Duties (includes, but is not limited to):
•Operate a range of machining equipment, such as lathes, mills, drills, grinders, and CNC machines, following established procedures and specifications.
•Read blue prints, charts, and measuring equipment.
•Make tooling changes and adjustments.
•Expedite scheduled orders.
•Utilize standard measuring tools in order to take readings, verify quality and document data.
•Complete repetitive operations under detailed instructions.
•Seek assistance for resolving difficult operating problems.
•Maintain a safe work environment and uses proper safety devices as provided.
•Abide by and actively promotes all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures.
•Maintain a channel of communication between management and team members.
•Monitor personal productivity to ensure that established quality and production levels are maintained to support the business mission statement.
•Maintain 5-S Standards in work area.
•Actively participate in plant improvement projects and teams.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
