This position reports to:
Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift__
The work model for the role is: Onsite, Flowery Branch, GA
Your role and responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision components, verify first-piece quality using precision measuring tools, and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation while maintaining manufacturing records in SAP and preparing tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, using overhead cranes and precision measuring equipment, and demonstrating strong problem-solving, math, and machining skills in a high-precision setting.
Qualifications for the role:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
