We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer
Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade office
Join our dynamic team of 30+ skilled ML professionals!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy advanced machine learning models that transform business processes
Tackle complex challenges by designing innovative AI-driven solutions
Work closely with diverse teams from around the world to deliver breakthrough results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud development and database technologies
Take advantage of extensive training programs and professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of AI
Your profile:
A minimum of 4 years in software development with a strong focus on Python
Proficient in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models
Experience with cloud technologies, Docker, REST APIs, and various database systems, including SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
A passion for exploring new technologies with a track record of implementing cutting-edge techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a goal-oriented environment
Fluency in English is required
BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience working with Generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agent-based AI systems is considered a plus
