Location: Del Rosa Villa Post Acute – San Bernardino, CA
Position Type: Full-Time, NOC shift
Pay Range: $30–$34 per hour, DOE

We are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centered care with a strong clinical focus on heart and circulation, renal, and musculoskeletal conditions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident health and recovery
  • Monitor resident conditions and administer medications as prescribed
  • Serve as a calm, compassionate presence for residents and their families

Qualifications

  • Current and valid California LVN license
  • Passion for senior care and post-acute services
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to compassionate care
