Pay Rate: $43.00 – $45.00 per hour
Shift: AM Shift
Schedule: 4 Days On, 2 Days Off (Rotating Schedule)

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, clinically skilled, and empathetic Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on the AM shift. Operating on a stable 4 on, 2 off rotating schedule, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and oversee the care team to ensure the highest standards of safety and resident wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Nursing: Administer medications, treatments, and ordered therapies according to resident care plans.
- Resident Monitoring: Assess resident conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the RN or physician.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) and shift reports.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on duty to ensure seamless daily care.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for residents, family members, and attending physicians.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered California LVN license.
- Current CPR / BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of skilled nursing/long-term care regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with PointClickCare or similar EMR systems preferred.
