Position Type: Part-Time Day & Night Shift (Rotating weekend shift)   

Hours:  Day 7:00am- 7:00pm- Night 7:00pm – 7:00am  


Dublin Post Acute is currently seeking Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team!

Position Summary

The LPN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while working collaboratively with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
  • Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism.
