Job Description
Imagine turning loss data and store insights into actionable controls that protect our People, Products, Productivity, and Play
About the role
As our Loss Prevention Specialist, you'll support the delivery of the LEGO® retail loss prevention strategy through operational execution, analysis, and follow-through across key processes. You'll work closely with the Head of Loss Prevention to help protect revenue, inventory, people, and brand through investigation support, inventory count preparation, stock control routines, and loss trend analysis. You'll help connect strategy with day-to-day execution, ensuring identified risks are translated into practical actions across stores and markets. It's a great opportunity to combine retail operations, investigations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in one varied role.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Retail loss prevention or asset protection operations experience.
Experience with CCTV/VMS, EAS/RFID, POS exception tools, or similar loss prevention systems.
Supported inventory control activities and stock accuracy improvement initiatives.
Produced data analysis and reporting related to loss trends, incidents, and operational exceptions.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Used Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or comparable reporting and stock management platforms.
Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) trained. Having an LPQ or LPC qualification will be desirable for the role.
What you'll build
Support investigations, inventory processes, stock control routines, and loss trend analysis.
Turn store-level insight into practical actions that improve controls and reduce shrink.
Help bring consistency to loss prevention routines across multiple stores and markets.
Improve the quality of count preparation, incident follow-up, case tracking, and store risk reviews.
Contribute to stronger loss visibility, issue resolution, and control compliance across the store network.
If you've worked in a role where you supported loss prevention activities, investigations, inventory counts, stock loss reviews, or shrink reduction initiatives, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to identify control gaps, use data to prioritize issues, and translate findings into clear corrective actions with stakeholders.
Life on the team
You'll join the Shopper Risk Management team within Governance, Risk & Compliance. The team provides an independent view of risk while working closely with Retail and other business functions. You'll gain exposure to retail operations, investigations, stock control, analytics, and cross-functional risk management. We work collaboratively to drive communication, data sharing, attention to detail, problem solving, resilience, effective communication, and partnership with stakeholders.
What success looks like
Success means becoming a trusted operational partner who can independently manage core loss prevention activities and deliver reliable reporting. You'll help strengthen controls, improve visibility of loss drivers, support inventory count governance, and contribute to more consistent operational routines across markets. You'll work closely with Heads of Loss Prevention, Fraud Prevention, Retail teams, Employee Relations, Inventory Control teams, IT partners, and external specialists where relevant. Clear contributions to shrink reduction, stronger process compliance, and effective risk management will define your impact.
