About the job:
Arrange domestic and international shipments based on project delivery requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and MWSto ensure timely material delivery.
Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents, including packing lists, commercial invoices, delivery notes, and other logistics-related documentation.
Handle logistics exceptions, including shipment delays, missing documents, damaged goods, urgent shipments, and transportation disruptions.
Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery reliability, transportation efficiency, and customer service.
Analyze freight costs and logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support freight budget management.
Develop logistics performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support management decision-making.
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify logistics processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Build knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics trends to support export control and the organization’s long-term supply chain development.

Qualification(Education/Certification/Working experience)资格(教育/认证/工作经验):
College diploma or above in Logistics Management, Trading, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or international business environment.
Experience in logistics cost analysis, freight optimization, consolidation, carrier management, or process improvement is highly preferred.
