Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support logistics processes, including picking, handling, storage, and delivery activities.
• Operate and monitor the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) to ensure efficient material movement and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operational teams to ensure smooth end-to-end process flow.
• Handle unexpected situations and resolve operational issues independently with a proactive approach.
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and inventory management procedures.
• Support inventory control activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate (Secondary School) or higher.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory management, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, especially picking, handling, storage, and delivery operations.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to unexpected situations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP, particularly CBS and ME transactions/modules.
• Experience working with ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System).
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.

• สนับสนุนงานตรวจนับและควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง เพื่อรักษาความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสต็อก
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) หรือสูงกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์ คลังสินค้า การบริหารสินค้าคงคลัง หรือซัพพลายเชน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการโลจิสติกส์ โดยเฉพาะการเบิกจ่ายสินค้า การเคลื่อนย้าย การจัดเก็บ และการส่งมอบ
• มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาและการวิเคราะห์ที่ดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและรับมือกับสถานการณ์ที่ไม่คาดคิดได้
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและมี Sense of Urgency ในการทำงาน
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้

คุณสมบัติพิเศษ

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ SAP โดยเฉพาะ CBS และ ME จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์การใช้งานระบบ ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System)
• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการผลิต (Manufacturing) หรือโลจิสติกส์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
