About the role

1.Target of the position / 职位定位 

Lead the management of Carrier RLCS light commercial warehousing and logistics operations. Ensure safe, efficient, accurate and reliable execution of warehousing, transportation, inventory management and customer fulfillment activities. 

负责开利区域仓库轻商仓储物流运营管理，确保仓储、运输、库存管理及客户交付活动安全、高效、准确、稳定运行。 

2. Main tasks / 主要工作 

2.1    Warehousing & Logistics Operations Leadership / 仓储物流运营管理 

Own the performance and business results of warehousing and logistics operations, monitor and assess logistics service suppliers’ performance. 

负责区域仓库仓储物流运营绩效与业务结果，对物流服务商绩效进行跟踪、监控与考核。 

Ensure effective execution of receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, transportation and return processes, with timely and accurate customer fulfillment, including system order processing, report and documents;

确保收货、上架、存储、拣货、包装、发运、运输及退货等流程有效执行，实现及时、准确的客户交付，包括系统订单操作、报告、文案工作等。

Monitor key operating indicators, including service level, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, logistics cost, quality and customer complaints. 

监控关键运营指标，包括服务水平、交付表现、库存准确率、仓库生产率、物流成本、质量及客户投诉。 

Daily customer（internal & external） logistics and warehouse requirements response and issue quick solving.

日常内外部客户对物流仓储的需求响应及客户问题的解决。

2.2    Inventory Management & Supply Chain Collaboration / 库存管理与供应链协同 

Own inventory accuracy and inventory age health; execute cycle count and annual physical inventory mechanisms, investigate variances and drive corrective actions. 

负责库存准确率与库龄健康度，执行循环盘点及年度盘点机制，分析库存差异并推动纠正措施。 

Collaborate with Factory ops, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Finance and other functions to improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency and manage excess or obsolete inventory risks. 

与工厂运营、采购、客户服务、销售、财务等团队协作，提升端到端供应链效率，并管理过剩及呆滞库存风险。 

2.3    Logistics Supplier Management / 供应商管理 

Manage warehouse, transportation and other logistics service providers; establish service-level agreements, performance scorecards, review and escalation mechanisms. 

管理仓储、运输及其他物流服务供应商，建立服务水平协议、绩效评价、回顾及升级机制。  

2.4    Process Excellence, Digitalization & Data Analytics / 流程卓越、数字化与数据分析 

Develop, roll out, maintain and continuously optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs), aligned with business development needs and corporate policies, ensure SOP compliance in daily operation. 

结合业务发展与公司制度，制定、推行、维护并持续迭代标准作业流程 SOP，保障日常运营流程合规落地。  

Leverage data analytics to identify operational risks and improvement opportunities; provide data driven decision support, improve warehouse space utilization, labor productivity and overall customer service experience. 

运用数据分析识别运营风险与改善机会，输出数据支撑管理决策，提升仓库库容利用率、作业人效及整体客户服务体验。  

2.5    Compliance, Quality, EHS & Risk Management / 合规、质量、EHS与风险管理 

Ensure operations comply with applicable laws, company policies, quality standards, trade compliance, security, environmental, occupational health, safety and fire protection requirements. 

确保运营符合适用法律法规、公司政策、质量标准、贸易合规、安保、环境、职业健康、安全及消防要求。 

Business continuity planning, internal and external audit support, corrective actions and timely escalation of material issues. 

业务连续性规划、内外部审计支持及整改，并对重大问题及时升级。 

2.6    Business Partnership & Customer Service / 业务伙伴与客户服务 

Act as the logistics business partner for RLCS, translate business requirements into operational solutions and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

作为RLCS物流业务伙伴，将业务需求转化为运营解决方案，并与内外部相关方保持高效沟通。 

Handle operational exceptions and customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, drive preventive actions to avoid recurrence, continuously lift overall customer satisfaction level. 

处理运营异常及客户投诉，开展根因分析，推动预防措施避免问题重复发生，持续提升整体客户满意度。 

2.7    Objectives & Other Duties / 目标及其他职责 

Complete annual objectives and key results on time and as required. 

按时并按要求完成年度工作目标和关键成果。 

Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager. 

完成直属经理安排的其他工作。 

3.Requirements / 要求 

3.1 Educational degree / 教育程度 

Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. 

物流、供应链、工商管理、工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 

3.2 Job experience / 工作经验 

At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain. Experience in 3PL management is preferred. 

3年以上仓储、物流或供应链相关经验，具备3PL管理经验者优先。 

3.3 Personal abilities / 个人能力 

Strong communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, problem-solving and changing management capabilities. 

具备较强的沟通协作、冲突解决、问题解决及变革管理能力。 

3.4 Knowledge / 知识背景 

Solid professional knowledge covering warehouse & transportation operation, inventory control, supplier lifecycle management, logistics cost control, continuous improvement methodology, project management and business data analysis. 

扎实掌握仓储运输运营、库存管控、供应商全生命周期管理、物流成本管控、持续改善方法论、项目管理、业务数据分析相关专业知识。 

3.5 Systems & tools / 系统与工具 

Practical hands-on experience with enterprise logistics systems including SAP / Oracle / WMS / TMS; proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel advanced functions, PPT etc.) and common data analysis tools. 

具备 SAP、Oracle、WMS、TMS 等企业物流系统实操使用经验；熟练运用 Office 套件（Excel 高级功能、PPT 等）及常用数据分析工具。 

3.6 Language / 语言 

Strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English. 

具备良好的中英文书面沟通能力。 

4. Interfaces / kind of contact / 沟通 / 沟通种类 

Internal: Customer Service, Factory ops, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Quality, EHS, IT and other supply chain functions. External: customers, logistics service providers and relevant authorities. 

内部：客户服务、工厂运营、采购、销售、财务、质量、EHS、IT及其他供应链职能；外部：客户、物流服务供应商及相关主管部门。
