Hexcel is currently seeking a Logistics Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and promote a safe working environment through the consistent application of company policies and procedures.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient execution of operational priorities and objectives.

  • Plan and allocate resources effectively based on forecasted volumes, operational requirements, and capacity constraints.

  • Lead, support, and develop warehouse teams through coaching, training, and performance follow-up to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Monitor warehouse performance through key operational indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions when needed.

  • Anticipate operational risks and constraints, proactively proposing solutions to maintain service levels and operational continuity.

  • Coordinate logistics activities with transport providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries and receipts.

  • Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, stock control, inventory counting, and discrepancy resolution.

  • Ensure the accuracy of orders, shipments, deliveries, inventory records, and logistics documentation while maintaining full traceability and compliance requirements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing warehouse processes, updating operational procedures and training materials, and supporting the implementation of new tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics planning.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel, including VBA development for process automation, reporting, and data analysis.

  • Strong expertise in Power BI for dashboard development, KPI monitoring, data modeling, and business intelligence reporting.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
