- Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and internal users to prepare all import and export documents and facilitate on-time shipment declarations.
- Work with external and internal departments to manage inbound and outbound activities in alignment with planning and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update customs data on a daily basis.
- Keep management informed of changes and new implementations in customs regulations.
- Manage handbook balances and ensure timely handbook closure.
- Implement and comply with customs AEO requirements.
- Apply knowledge of Thailand customs regulations and manage BOI-related activities.
- Oversee and manage carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Review monthly invoices from freight forwarders against the global approved rate card, and submit payment applications and invoices to Finance in a timely manner.
- Manage and control daily inbound and outbound operations under Free Zone regulations.
- Manage and control part transfers between Free Zones and from Free Zones to other privilege zones.
- Manage and control Free Zone, local content, and excise submissions.
- Manage Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requirements.
- Implement government reports, including Free Zone semi-annual reports, TISI, and NBTC submissions.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate audits with customs government authorities.
- Participate in customs and government meetings as required, and coordinate government visits.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and all applicable government requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements by integrating customer quality standards into daily operations.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements by implementing and adhering to established policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Customs Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in import-export operations, customs clearance, BOI, Free Zone, or trade compliance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand customs regulations, BOI privileges, Free Zone operations, FTA management, and import-export documentation.
- Experience managing customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and government audits.
- Sound understanding of handbook control, inventory reconciliation, HS Code classification, customs valuation, and rules of origin.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing.
- BOI, Free Zone, or trade compliance project experience.
- SAP ERP knowledge.
- Experience handling TISI, NBTC, DIW, excise, and other government regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading continuous improvement or customs automation initiatives.
- This role is based in Laemchabang, Chonburi, Thailand.
- This role is based at manufacturing site and required to work onsite.
