Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the correct inegration of orders from customers,  monitoring and control of raw materials ordering process based on orders from customer.
• Ensuring proper conduct of the order fulfillment process customer from receipt of order to the after-sales service
• Updating the system SAP/R3 (delivery schedules to customer, the basic raw materials and the compilation and analysis of customer procurement and supplier).
• Supervision of preparation of products for shipment and invoicing.
• Analysis of inventories of finished goods and raw materials - corrective and preventive action
• Study reasons having to send special transport - analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Active participation in the preparation of loistics complaints from customer ( 8D report) and initiation and creation of logistics complaints to suppliers.
• Coordination of launching new projects and ending of existing.
• Staying in e-mail and telaphone contact with customers and suppliers. Responding to changes in customer orders in a proper manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production planning.
• Good knowledge of MRP and inventory management processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Communicative English skills.
• Knowledge of customer portals and transportation management systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• German language skills would be an advantage.
