JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Brands is looking for a Local Search Manager to join our organization and support our portfolio of brands in the ever-changing search landscape.  This role will be responsible for managing our company's 4,000+ locations to accelerate organic search performance and reputation management across all search engines. They will work closely with brand partners & development teams to improve local search presence for our stores, address content/technical improvements, and create strategies for improving business reputation.

Responsibilities

• Audit and Continuous monitoring and analysis of local listing performance to identify issues, find root causes, and implement a systematic solution
• Evaluation of both content and technical performance to make recommendations and alterations promptly.
• Identify, document, and manage SEO best practices for local listing management
• Partner with brand marketing teams to develop reputational strategies in order to solicit and act on customer feedback across a variety of platforms
• Develop SEO KPIs for consistent and comprehensive performance management and reporting across onsite and technical aspects.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex topics for a non-technical audience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing SEO for local businesses
• Broad and deep knowledge of marketing technology concepts, practices, and procedures, with experience in retail, QSR, or similar multi-location business segment
• Experience with local listing tools (e.g. Semrush), analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and reputational platforms (Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities
• Good problem resolution and communications skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across several projects with competing deadlines
• Positive attitude and team player
