What You'll Do:

• Review and verify information provided in loan applications.
• Investigate documentation discrepancies.
• Conduct additional research when needed.
• Review applicant’s ability to repay.
• Investigate system-generated alerts and identify potential gaps or inconsistencies.
• Ensure required information and documentation are complete and accurate before moving applications to the next stage.
• Support the preparation and finalization of contract terms based on verified information.
• Communicate with applicants using established processes
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the verification process.
• Take ownership of assigned applications and follow established procedures and guidelines.

Education

North America - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Philippines – Minimum of 2 years post-secondary or equivalent is required
Costa Rica – No Minimum requirement
United Kingdom – No Minimum requirement

Trinidad & Tobago - Have a minimum of 3 CXC passes inclusive of English A

Experience

Preferably 1+ years of Loan Verification Specialist experience in a call center environment

Financial Services industry experience would be an asset
