As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting large language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development and innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with broader organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI, Machine Learning Algorithms, Model Training, Computer Vision, LLM, Statistical Analysis,Data Visualization, SQL, Cloud Platform (Azure), MLOpsSoftware.
- Strong experience in designing and executing instruction fine-tuning techniques to enhance model performance.
- Ability to work with complex datasets and apply domain adaptation methods to improve model relevance.
- Familiarity with the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.
- Competence in leveraging Python frameworks for model development and experimentation.
- Understanding of statistical methods to evaluate and validate model outputs effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
