Description of main tasks:

The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:

Incoming inspection management Monitor supplier quality performance with COC data. Request and receive improvement actions from the supplier for abnormal raw materials. Sampling inspection and update inspection result for raw materials. Process inspection management Monitor product quality performance and manage inspection data. Check the process quality issue and follow up the improvement. Interim inspection report and inspection data collection. SPC Control Monitoring of QC data with QC data stratification. Monitoring of Cpk or Ppk index and follow up for improvement. Reporting SPC control data and continuous feedback to relevant departments. Product check Product check and judgment when a product has a problem during production. Monitor and measure product’s cold density. Monitor and measure product’s ID shrinkage rate. QM Data QC data management (with SAP) Reporting regularly on quality yield & trend and feedback to production line. Monitor quality trend and feedback on special issues. PPP audit Perform PPP audit and feedback on special issues. Non-conforming management Issuance of NCR for non-conforming product and drive to relevant departments for actions. Reporting non-conformity information with NCR. MSA analysis Implement Gage R&R with process inspectors. Analyze inspection method and improve continuously. Perform round robin when requested by group. Calibration of measuring instrument Manage the measurement instrument calibration with external certificate organization. Planning of calibration schedule and calibration history management.  PCN(4M) management 4M history management for process changes.  WAM Q&PC pillar Perform Q&PC program by WAM standard tool.
