• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Events, Incentives, Kongressen, Tagungen und Sportveranstaltungen, inkl. Kalkulation und Abrechnung
• Reise- und Eventbegleitung vor Ort
• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Gestaltung von Veranstaltungskonzepten und Angeboten
• Handling von Teilnehmermanagement-Tools

Das zeichnet Dich aus

• Eingeschriebener Student (w/m/d) in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Tourismus
• Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und gutes Zeitmanagement
• Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Affinität und Know-how im Bereich Sport
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Programme
