In this leadership role, you are an internal technical master at the line level who ensures the line team is performing at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of 6 stars model. You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check-adjust cycle and provide coaching and training for your team.

How you will contribute

Without you, we could not deliver high-quality snacks to our customers. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, that quality assurance activities are performed and that resources are properly allocated and available during the shift. You will take the lead for shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

  • Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems
  • Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
  • Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3
  • Leading line teams
  • Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully
  • Influencing people in a union environment
  • Communicating effectively verbally and in writing and good attention to detail

O que você precisa saber sobre esta função:

Como Líder de Equipe, você será responsável pela gestão de aproximadamente 30 colaboradores e pelas entregas de produção de uma seção, garantindo o cumprimento do plano produtivo e dos padrões de Segurança, Qualidade, Segurança dos Alimentos, Custos, Entrega e Pessoas.

Você terá um papel fundamental na construção de um ambiente seguro, inclusivo e de alta performance, promovendo o desenvolvimento das pessoas, o engajamento do time e a melhoria contínua dos processos.

Principais responsabilidades

Liderar a equipe operacional, promovendo segurança, respeito, inclusão, disciplina operacional e alto desempenho;
Garantir o cumprimento do plano de produção, assegurando volume, qualidade, rendimento, produtividade e atendimento aos prazos;
Realizar a gestão dos principais indicadores da área, como segurança, qualidade, GE/OEE, produtividade, manutenção, rendimento, perdas, custos, absenteísmo e aderência ao plano;
Conduzir os rituais de gestão diária, acompanhamento hora a hora e reuniões de desempenho da seção;
Distribuir adequadamente os recursos e direcionar as prioridades do turno;
Garantir o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Fabricação, dos padrões de Segurança dos Alimentos e dos procedimentos internos;
Atuar na identificação e eliminação de perdas, desvios e problemas crônicos, utilizando ferramentas estruturadas de análise de causa raiz;
Liderar planos de ação, garantindo responsáveis, prazos, acompanhamento e sustentabilidade dos resultados;
Fortalecer a aplicação das metodologias TPM/IL6S, especialmente os pilares de Manutenção Autônoma (AM) e Manutenção Planejada (PM);
Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de Manutenção, Qualidade, Segurança, Engenharia, Logística e Planejamento;
Desenvolver as pessoas por meio de feedbacks, acompanhamento de desempenho, reconhecimento, capacitação e construção de planos de desenvolvimento;
Apoiar processos de mudança, implantação de melhorias, novos produtos, tecnologias e iniciativas de transformação digital;
Garantir uma passagem de turno clara, estruturada e com os principais riscos, prioridades e pendências devidamente comunicados.

Educação e certificações

Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia de Alimentos, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Química, Engenharia de Automação, Administração, Gestão da Produção Industrial ou áreas correlatas.

Requisitos específicos do trabalho

Experiência com gestão de pessoas em ambiente industrial;
Experiência em processos de manufatura, produção ou manutenção;
Conhecimento em gestão de indicadores e rotinas de acompanhamento de performance;
Conhecimento de ferramentas de melhoria contínua e análise de causa raiz;
Conhecimento de boas práticas de fabricação, segurança e qualidade;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 6x2, em turno a definir entre 1º, 2º ou 3º turno.

Será considerado um diferencial

Formação em Engenharia, Administração, Gestão Industrial ou áreas relacionadas à manufatura;
Experiência em indústria de alimentos ou bens de consumo;
Conhecimento avançado em TPM/IL6S, com ênfase em Manutenção Autônoma (AM) e Manutenção Planejada (PM);
Experiência anterior em áreas técnicas, Engenharia, Manutenção ou Automação;
Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, análise de causa raiz e gestão de perdas;
Experiência com SAP, sistemas de gestão da produção, Power BI ou ferramentas digitais;
Participação em projetos de melhoria contínua, aumento de produtividade, redução de perdas ou desenvolvimento de equipes.

Posição baseada em: Presencial Curitiba/PR

Horário de trabalho: Escala 6x2, com turno a definir entre 1º, 2º ou 3º turno
