Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Remote Telehealth Role

Location: West Virginia
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual behavioral health services for clients navigating relationship issues, family stress, anxiety, depression, and major life changes. This position allows you to deliver consistent care from a remote setting while maintaining a structured weekday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Assess client needs and create goal-focused treatment plans
• Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates
• Provide support for communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in West Virginia
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
