Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
A full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker is needed to provide telehealth therapy services for clients throughout Massachusetts. The LICSW will complete assessments, provide therapy, document care, and track client progress over time. This position is designed for a licensed clinician who can work independently while still communicating clearly with clients and care partners. The remote setting allows you to focus on clinical work while maintaining a regular Monday through Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy sessions through a secure virtual platform
- Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments
- Create treatment plans with measurable client goals
- Help clients manage emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
- Keep clear and timely clinical records
Requirements
- Must hold an active LICSW license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Social Work required
- Prior experience in clinical social work, therapy, or behavioral health
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth tools and EHR systems
