Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual mental health care for individuals who need structured clinical support. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, maintain accurate records, and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges through telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions for individuals through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
• Develop, update, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Track client progress and adjust care plans when needed
• Identify risk factors and respond appropriately to crisis situations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in Connecticut
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
• Excellent communication and time management skills
