Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Utah
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver virtual mental health services to clients who need consistent, professional support. This position focuses on helping clients understand challenges, build coping strategies, and make progress through structured therapy and clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients
• Assess mental health concerns and client needs
• Create individualized care plans and adjust them as needed
• Provide crisis support and appropriate referrals when necessary
• Document sessions, treatment updates, and client progress
• Follow HIPAA, ethical, and clinical practice guidelines

Requirements

• Active Utah LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Strong documentation and telehealth communication skills
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
• Comfortable using electronic health records and virtual care platforms
