Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)

Kansas | Remote Telehealth
Full-Time | $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re seeking an experienced LCMFT to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout Kansas. The clients you work with may be dealing with relationship difficulties, family conflict, anxiety, depression, stress, or significant changes in their lives. You’ll have a regular caseload and a consistent weekday schedule. Your clinical judgment will guide how you approach each case, while the remote model allows you to provide care without an office-based schedule.

Duties:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family sessions through telehealth
• Review referrals and complete initial clinical evaluations
• Determine appropriate treatment goals and therapeutic approaches
• Provide support around relationship, family, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Complete risk screenings and follow established procedures when concerns arise
• Provide referrals or additional resources when a client needs services beyond your scope
• Coordinate with other providers when care involves multiple professionals

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field that meets Kansas licensing requirements
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license in Kansas
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Comfortable providing counseling through a telehealth platform
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
