Launch Excellence (LEx) Practice Open Positions: 

Manager & Senior Manager

MHC is expanding our LEx Practice and looking for top performers to serve as trusted advisors in support of our client’s product launch and commercialization efforts from strategy through execution. As a member of our LEx Practice, you will work with senior client stakeholders to shape launch strategies, establish governance, develop launch plans, optimize operating models, and drive cross-functional execution throughout the commercialization lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead Product Launch Engagements: Take ownership of product launch engagements, guiding project teams from initial strategy through execution while maintaining high standards of delivery and client satisfaction.
• Foster strong client partnerships: Build meaningful relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance throughout the commercialization lifecycle and reinforcing MHC’s role as a valued partner.
• Drive launch readiness & planning: Design and lead integrated launch strategies, establish governance models, cross-functional planning, readiness reviews; and build a launch culture that enables launch teams to perform at their best.
• Lead launch execution: Oversee engagement planning, manage risks and issues, drive overall project execution, lead Day 0 planning, and manage reporting and project communications.
• Drive growth of the firm: Support sales pursuits by preparing presentations, proposals and SOWs; represent MHC at industry association meetings and networking events; and help identify and grow opportunities for business development efforts.
• Elevate Practice capabilities: Contribute to service offering development, go-to-market strategy, intellectual capital, and best practices that elevate our firm’s capabilities.
• Embrace and live MHC cultural values: Lead by example by bringing to life our values “ACES” (Accountable,Collaborative, Entrepreneurial, and keeping it Simple). 

Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of experience in life sciences with demonstrated success leading product launches from strategy through execution, ideally across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Experience in leading complex consulting engagements, building strong client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and contributing to practice development.
• 3+ years of consulting experience required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Superior proficiency in PowerPoint. Experienced in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or other project management tools.

  • Manager: $130-150K (based on experience)
  • Sr Manager: $150K - $180K (based on experience)
