Legal Specialist

Al Kaffary Group is looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review, draft, and follow up on contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

* Provide legal support and assistance to various departments.

* Follow up on legal cases and claims and coordinate with external lawyers when needed.

* Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and requirements.

* Ensure that procedures and contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.

* Prepare legal letters, memos, and other related documents.

* Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.

Requirements:

* Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience in the legal field are preferred.

* Good knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.

* Strong legal research and analytical skills.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work effectively within a team.
