• Apoyo en la revisión, elaboración y seguimiento de contratos comerciales.

• Acompañamiento legal al equipo comercial de la vertical de restaurantes.

• Participación en negociaciones con clientes y aliados estratégicos.

• Coordinación con otras áreas internas como finanzas, compliance y operaciones.

• Identificación y ejecución de proyectos para estandarizar, automatizar y escalar procesos legales recurrentes

Perfil deseado:

• Licenciatura en Derecho terminada (puede estar en proceso de titulación).

• 1 a 3 años de experiencia profesional.

• Interés por temas comerciales, contratos y derecho corporativo.

• Proactividad, atención al detalle y disposición para aprender.

• Excelente redacción y habilidades de comunicación.
