About the Role

Our client provides high-quality software development and software testing services to clients worldwide. As a leading software quality assurance and third-party verification company in Japan, they combine strong quality assurance methodologies with the excellent engineering capabilities of Vietnamese developers to help clients improve the quality of their software development and testing processes.

The success of the company also relies on close collaboration between the Sales team, Legal department, and other internal functions to ensure seamless operations and compliance with applicable regulations.

Therefore, our client is looking for a passionate and proactive Legal Executive to join their team, take ownership of legal matters, and contribute to the company's long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review documents, contracts, appendices, NDAs, and other legal documents as requested by management.
• Review and complete the full set of templates for sales transactions, including NDAs, contracts, quotations, and other relevant internal documents.
• Draft and review HR-related documents, including announcements, decisions, official letters, meeting minutes, labor contracts, and other documents based on actual business needs.
• Develop, review, and revise HR policies and regulations in compliance with applicable laws.
• Prepare legal documents and transaction documents to ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations.
• Perform other legal-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar legal position.
• Experience working in an IT company, law firm, or consulting firm is a plus.
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above.
• Good command of English, with the ability to review and draft contracts and other legal documents in English.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations, particularly in relation to commercial contracts and labor matters.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
