• Under the direction of the designated attorney, assists with appropriate processes and practices for managing and administering a variety of contractual agreements, filings and requests.
• Maintains attorney calendars. Organizes and coordinates meetings, including necessary correspondence with hospital staff and outside counsel.
• Administers information in file database and contract management software.
• Assists in creating and maintaining files of relevant information for specific vendors, customers, or contracts.
