As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Legal Collection Paralegal Officer.
This role will report to the Legal Collection Manager, the position is based at the Michalakopoulou offices.
Responsibilities
- Create and prepare case files for submission to external law firms, supporting the collection of overdue receivables
- Organize, update, review, and maintain both physical and electronic case files
- Provide administrative support to the department’s lawyers and assist with daily scheduling and coordination
- Gather information from various sources, including legal databases, to support the successful completion of assigned tasks
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support
Requirements
- Previous experience with Galaxy, Soft1 (CRM), EFS, SFA, IEBS, and SF is considered an advantage, as these systems are essential to the role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and fast typing skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Consistency and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Strong team-oriented mindset
