The Danforth has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.JOB DESCRIPTION
What your day might look like
Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
Community event planning and execution
Follow up with prospects by phone and email
Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
Assisting in lease renewals
Respond to resident concerns
What we are looking for
Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

The hourly range for this role is $21.75 - $25.00
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
