Summary of the Position:
The coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the leasing team and delivering excellent service to prospective customers. S/he will report to the Managing Director of Leasing and will be located at our HQ in New York.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure that all information for listings and vacant space is correct and uploaded to applicable leasing platforms (i.e., CoStar, VTS.,)
· Interface with architecture firms to ensure measurements of vacant space are up to date and accurate
· Provide marketing support to local leasing professionals as it pertains to business development and promotion of office space
· Assist in creating and editing marketing materials and presentations including flyers, corporate leasing proposals, qualifications booklets, and email blasts invitations.
· Create or assist in the creation of brochures, flyers and floor plans for exclusive listings
· Assist with planning and event support for tenant events
· Assist in the creation and distribution of Market Overview materials by tracking key information including market studies to ascertain market rents, lease and sales comps, understand market changes and gather information to inform leasing team of changes that will affect our assets
· Collaborate on preparation of weekly and monthly reports including current status of deals, marketing efforts for vacancies, companies currently targeting, etc.
· Manage team contact database and oversee database entry
· Maintain effective communication across departments (ie. Leasing, Marketing, Property Management, and External vendors)
· Provide advanced administrative support
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing or related field, or any similar combination of education and experience
· Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience creating and editing marketing materials
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and other “marketing” tools
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Adapt to changing and challenging situations, think and act strategically, and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities
· Must display initiative, be proactive, detail oriented, creative, reliable, and energetic in managing all tasks and priorities
· Ability & strong desire to collaborate and work as part of a team / across multiple teams internally
The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer’s New York team, as we’ve considered factors specific to this geography.
