You will be conducting research and environmental scans, ad well as developing outreach content and collaterals to promote learning opportunities as an Learning Strategy & Partnerships intern under NLB Academy.

[What you will be working on]

• Research and scan for learning trends, workforce development practices and partnership opportunities to support NLB Academy's learning strategy.

• Prepare reports, briefs, presentation decks and programme materials for internal and external audiences.

• Develop outreach content and collaterals to promote NLB Academy's learning initiatives across the organisation.

• Coordinate the planning and execution of learning programmes, workshops and events, including logistics, registration and on-site support.

• Engage with external partners that include IHLs, training providers and industry collaborators through scheduling, meeting support and follow-up.

• Maintain stakeholder records, programme trackers and files, and consolidate participation data and feedback for reporting purposes.

• Provide administrative support including drafting approval submissions and coordinating logistics for learning events.

• Keen in the learning and development, workforce capability building, education, human resources and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
