We are looking for a Learning Curriculum Manager to play a key role in delivering and optimizing Mars University's learning portfolio. You will partner with business stakeholders, learning teams, facilitators, and external vendors to ensure learning programs are aligned with capability needs, delivered effectively, and continuously improved. Combining strategic stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence, you will help create impactful learning experiences that support the growth and development of Associates across Mars in the Supply function.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Curriculum Performance

• Drive the performance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the Supply learning portfolio
• Define, monitor, and communicate key portfolio performance indicators and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance learning impact.
• Partner with Mars U teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful deployment and sustainability of learning solutions.
• Serve as the content owner within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate program setup and maintenance.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the Colleges, Segments, COEs, and MGS teams.
• Ensure alignment between learning portfolio priorities and business capability needs through proactive stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Foster customer confidence through effective relationship management and issue resolution.

Demand Planning & Portfolio Delivery

• Lead annual demand planning activities for the Supply learning portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver learning programs, including cohort management, communications, facilitation, and learner engagement activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement cadences and collaboration across teams to support effective portfolio delivery.
• Utilize portfolio data and feedback to anticipate demand shifts, optimize performance, and enhance the learner experience.

Facilitator Management

• Manage facilitator resources to ensure high-quality program delivery, including coordination with facilitators, sponsors, Senior Leaders, and external partners.
• Support the development and engagement of facilitator communities, including Master Trainers, Senior Leaders and internal facilitators.
• Act as the key point of contact for facilitator support, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program, curriculum, or portfolio management, ideally within Learning & Development.
• Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions and organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating a wide range of internal and external partners, including vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong business acumen and the confidence to partner with functional leaders to align learning solutions with business needs.
• Knowledge of the Supply function and a strong understanding of their capability needs would be an asset.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
