With manager coaching and guidance, manage learning programs from design to evaluation and implementation.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team members to develop and implement learning interventions utilizing a variety of modalities, including AI-assisted content creation and design,  designed to improve employee performance.

Support the design and application of best-fit learning modalities (elearning, videos, job aids, v/ILT, intranet pages, AI-enabled tools and assistants,  etc) under managerial coaching.

Serve as facilitator - with manager coaching as needed - for ILV/vILT training sessions, workshops, and other L&D-led events.

Stay on top of learning trends and technologies, including emerging AI capabilities, and pilot and share effective AI practices with the L&D team and the broader business.

Flex to support other parts of the L&D organization as priorities and workload shift, including learning design and development surge support, program delivery and facilitation, and learning operations, and perform other duties as required.

3+ years of experience supporting the development and implementation of learning programs.

Exposure to creating and managing learning across a variety of learning modalities (e-learning creation, video creation/editing, ILT, and informal learning).

Comfort using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to draft, edit, and iterate on learning content, with the judgment to review and validate outputs for accuracy, tone, and inclusivity

Basic communication skills to collaborate within teams and with stakeholders.

Proficient in use of instructional design models, such as the ADDIE model or similar framework .

Experience with training facilitation.

Interest in learning about employee enablement/performance.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting clear and concise communications.

Collaborative mindset, able to constructively engage colleagues and integrate feedback to drive success.

Experience building or refining prompts, assistants, or workflows that improve how learning is created or delivered. 

Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
