What would you do? • Design develop and deliver learning solutions on Security Architecture. Enable learners through instructor led virtual and blended learning experiences covering security frameworks architecture principles risk management secure design and governance. Support capability development through assessments hands on exercises certification preparation and knowledge sharing initiatives. • Translate learning design requirements into structured learning assets for Security Architecture. Create storyboards assessments labs case studies and training materials. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning solutions. Deliver instructor led and virtual training while driving learner engagement and knowledge transfer. • The practice of delivering technical learning content through instructor led and virtual training formats. Trainers facilitate learning experiences and support capability development in Security Architecture secure design principles security frameworks risk assessment governance and infrastructure security. Experience in assessments and content development is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Design develop and deliver instructor led virtual and blended learning programs on Security Architecture. • Create facilitator guides learner handbooks assessments case studies labs and knowledge assets. • Deliver technical training sessions workshops boot camps and capability development programs. • Educate learners on security architecture principles frameworks risk management governance and secure solution design. • Develop practical exercises simulations and real world security scenarios to enhance learning outcomes. • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences. • Review and validate technical accuracy of training content assessments and learning assets. • Monitor learner progress evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements. • Update learning content based on evolving security trends industry standards and technology advancements. • Support certification programs through assessment creation validation and learner preparation. • Mentor learners and junior professionals on security architecture concepts and best practices. • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to promote continuous learning and innovation. • Support capability development initiatives and contribute to organizational learning strategies. • Engage with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions. • Work independently while managing assigned learning engagements and training programs. • Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives. • May be required to work in rotational shifts.Any Graduation
