Role Overview

LEAP Online Payments is seeking a highly motivated Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed. No prior sales experience is required; we are looking for someone eager to learn, build relationships, and contribute to a fast-growing legal technology company.  This is an excellent opportunity to break into SaaS sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

·         Make outbound calls to schedule training and demo sessions with LEAP clients.

·         Engage with clients by phone, email, and video meetings to lead demos and training sessions, support successful onboarding and product adoption.

·         Collaborate with the Head of Global Sales on day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

·         Maintain accurate activity records and client updates in the CRM system.

·         Help build, document, and improve sales and support processes.

·         Represent LEAP Online Payments with professionalism, positivity, and a client-first mindset in every interaction.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Comfortable speaking with law firms by phone, email, and Zoom or other video meeting platforms.

·         Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.

·         Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

·         Strong time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.

·         Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales, client engagement, and SaaS best practices.

Nice to have

·         Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

·         Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, customer support, client services, or administrative support.

·         Interest in legal technology, fintech, payments, SaaS, or law firm operations.
