•  从端到端价值流视角识别改善机会，推动 SQDCI 绩效持续提升。 

•  独立领导跨职能团队开展 Kaizen、VSM、问题解决等改善活动及重点项目。 

•  践行Heartbeat leader behavior, 去现场

•  协同各职能团队建立共识并推动行动。 

•  运用精益方法解决业务问题，推动标准作业和日常管理机制落地。 

•  培养团队的精益思维和问题解决能力，促进持续改善文化。 

 

任职要求 

•  优秀的跨部门沟通、协调和影响能力，能够在无直接汇报关系的情况下推动团队达成目标。 

•  具备系统性思维和价值流思维，能够从上下游及整体业务角度分析问题。 

•  能够独立领导改善项目，具备较强的执行力和结构化问题解决能力。 

•  具备流利的中文和英文口头及书面沟通能力，流畅的办公软件应用能力

•  具备较强的学习敏捷度和自驱力，能够快速理解新的业务、流程和问题。 

•  工业工程、运营管理、供应链管理、物流管理或相关专业背景与工作经历。
