  • Solve complex, multi-domain engineering problems integrating hardware, communications, cyber, electrical, manufacturing, or mechanical disciplines.
  • Perform trade studies, functional analyses, and interface definition to convert requirements into robust technical specifications.
  • Lead technical planning, systems integration, verification and validation, cost-risk assessments, and effectiveness analyses.
  • Technical Delivery, DevSecOps & Architecture:
  • Guide teams in building secure, cloud-native, resilient systems for disconnected, intermittent, and low-bandwidth environments.
  • Oversee cybersecurity controls, compliance standards, and secure coding practices throughout the SDLC.
  • Participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Integrated Product Team (OIPT) meetings for critical system decisions.

  • Strong record of technical mastery, leadership, and Agile framework expertise

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting military operations, federal health systems, or expeditionary/operational environments
