The Role :

• Lead the team of L2 cloud engineers
• Managing incident, service request, problem and change management tickets in cloud and container environments
• Serve as a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges for customers
• Support out of hours work based on standby schedule

What we are looking for :

• Min. Bachelor or Diploma in a relevant course
• Strong communication skills with ability to consult clients & colleagues
• Cloud-related certificates such as AWS or Google Cloud, or other technical qualifications is preferred
• Relevant experience as a systems administrator in a systems operations role
• Experience in monitoring and auditing systems
• Good understanding of network concepts
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems and Kubernetes platform will be advantageous
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team, take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and ideally with some leadership experience
