The Specialist - Lifting Operations serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for all hoisting/ lifting and rigging activities across geothermal sites. Reporting to the Head of Operational Safety, the role ensures that high-risk lifting activities—such as rig mobilizations, turbine casing lifts, and steam field infrastructure installation—are planned and executed with zero harm. The role focuses on technical assurance, equipment integrity, and the enforcement of international lifting standards (LEEA/ASME/LOLER) within the geothermal operational context and embed them within the company’s internal capabilities, through selected site personnel.
