Lead Product Marketing Manager at DT

As a key member of DT's Product Marketing team, you'll help connect advertisers, app developers, and device partners across the mobile ecosystem by making our products and platform easier to understand, sell, and adopt. You'll partner with Product throughout development and work closely with commercial teams to bring customer and market insight into product decisions, define clear positioning, guide launch readiness, and create reusable tools that support consistent customer conversations. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can increase the impact and quality of the broader PMM function by sharing best practices, mentoring teammates, and contributing to frameworks and processes that scale beyond your individual portfolio.

Please note that Digital Turbine is a hybrid work environment-only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.

About YOU as the Lead Product Marketing Manager:

  • Portfolio Leadership: Serve as the product marketing lead for an assigned portfolio, developing a deep understanding of the products, customers, competitive landscape, and commercial priorities, while independently driving PMM strategy across the product lifecycle.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Synthesize customer and commercial feedback, market research, competitive intelligence, beta feedback, and product adoption data to define target audiences, validate product-market fit, develop a clear point of view on the market and competitive landscape, and inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Go-to-Market Commercialization: Develop commercialization strategies that define the target customer, customer problem, differentiated value, competitive position, route to market, and requirements for commercial readiness.
  • Go-to-Market Operations: Drive GTM discipline across your product portfolio, including product tiering, target audiences, exit criteria, launch gates, readiness reviews, and shared launch definitions. Apply and help evolve the systems that keep cross-functional teams aligned from early planning through launch.
  • Product and Commercial Alignment: Serve as the conduit between Product and commercial teams, helping ensure products address customer challenges and that customer needs are incorporated into product and roadmap strategy.
  • Marketing Enablement: Partner with Product to educate internal and external audiences, and collaborate with commercial, Design, Research, and Content teams to create scalable collateral, product documentation, sales tools, training, FAQs, and adoption guidance.
  • Proof & Market Validation: Build the evidence that supports DT's positioning by partnering with commercial teams, Research, and customers to develop proof points, customer stories, case studies, and other evidence validating product value .
  • Lifecycle Optimization: Define success measures before launch, monitor customer feedback and adoption after launch, and recommend changes to messaging, enablement, or commercialization plans based on results.

About You as the Lead Product Marketing Manager:

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a master's degree with ad tech experience is desirable.
  • Substantial product marketing experience in a B2B technology company; experience in advertising technology, mobile platforms, or digital media is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience across positioning and messaging, commercialization strategy, product launches, sales enablement, market intelligence, and product documentation.
  • A record of independently leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives and making sound decisions when the path, ownership, or available data is not fully defined.
  • The ability to understand how Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, Partnerships, Research, and Marketing contribute to a shared commercial outcome.
  • Strong influence and advisory skills, including the ability to adapt your communication to technical teams, commercial leaders, executive stakeholders, and customers.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn complex technical capabilities into concise, differentiated, customer-centered value propositions.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative evidence to identify customer needs, evaluate market opportunities, assess product performance, and strengthen GTM recommendations.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to solving problems, building repeatable systems, and holding yourself and cross-functional partners accountable for high-quality execution.

At DT, we are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is $170,000-$210,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including stock options, unlimited PTO and performance based bonus.
