What You Will Be Doing

We’re seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Lead PLM System Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, systems, and data governance across the organization. In this role, you will lead the development, optimization, and deployment of PLM capabilities that support product creation, product data management, and enterprise-wide business objectives. You will support training and onboarding activities, promote knowledge sharing, and help develop organizational capabilities that maximize the value of PLM solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences will be essential in driving alignment and successful execution.

Additionally, you will collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate system performance, prioritize enhancement opportunities, and resolve complex issues. Through your strong analytical skills and business acumen, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend innovative solutions that enhance product development processes and support long-term business growth.
