The Role

Your role
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will strengthen how marketing plans are governed, measured, and executed by bringing structure, clarity, and discipline to marketing operations. Your role will focus on enabling marketers to work effectively through clear processes, reliable data, and strong coordination with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other partners. Success in this role is demonstrated by improved visibility into marketing performance, smoother operational workflows, and marketing teams spending more time on high value work and less time on manual coordination.

What you will do
•Support the marketing operating model by maintaining and improving processes that enable planning, execution, and measurement
•Track and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and actuals in partnership with Finance to ensure accuracy and transparency
•Maintain marketing management systems, tools, and workflows to support campaign execution and reporting
•Produce regular performance and operational reports that help marketing leaders make informed decisions
•Support resourcing and capacity planning activities to align marketing priorities with available skills and demand
•Apply business controls and governance practices to ensure compliance with internal standards
•Partner with cross functional teams including Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement to resolve operational dependencies
•Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and improve the effectiveness of marketing operations

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

•Experience working in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related operational role
•Hands on experience with budget tracking, forecasting, or financial coordination in a marketing environment
•Experience supporting or maintaining marketing systems, tools, or operational workflows
•Ability to translate data into clear reports, dashboards, or summaries for stakeholders
•Experience working cross functionally with teams such as Finance, HR, or Procurement
•Strong attention to detail when managing processes, data, and controls
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work against defined timelines

Preferred skills and experience

•Experience supporting global or multi region marketing teams
•Familiarity with marketing performance measurement and operational KPIs
•Experience contributing to process improvement or operational transformation initiatives
•Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, or reporting platforms
