About the Role

McKesson is seeking a strategic and experienced Lead IGA Solution Architect to define and drive enterprise identity security architecture across a complex, highly regulated environment. This role leads the development of identity governance strategies, target-state architectures, and implementation roadmaps that strengthen security, improve compliance, and enable business growth.

As a senior architecture leader, you will partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, HR, compliance, audit, and business teams to design scalable identity solutions that automate access management, enforce governance controls, and support Zero Trust security principles across cloud and on-premises environments.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions supporting workforce, contractor, and third-party identities.
• Design and develop identity lifecycle management processes including joiner, mover, leaver, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
• Develop governance frameworks for role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and policy enforcement.
• Design, build, configure, test, and deploy SailPoint ISC integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and custom connector frameworks.
• Perform hands-on engineering of application onboarding solutions, including account aggregation, entitlement management, access profiles, roles, and provisioning policies. 
• Design and implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning solutions across SaaS, on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based applications. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity synchronization, correlation, aggregation, certification, and provisioning issues.
• Partner with business, compliance, audit, and technology teams to translate business requirements into identity security controls and governance models.
• Lead enterprise identity transformation initiatives, driving adoption, modernization, and continuous improvement of identity governance capabilities.
• Provide architecture leadership for Zero Trust, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and regulatory compliance requirements.

Basic Requirements 

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), identity governance (IGA), or enterprise security architecture. 
• 7+ years experience with SailPoint ISC or IIQ. 
• 5+ years experience supporting cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. 
• 3+ years experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps and target-state identity security strategies. 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
• Experience architecting and implementing enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms. 
• Experience designing integration architectures using SCIM, REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, HR systems, and cloud applications. 
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders in large-scale enterprise environments. 

Preferred Skills/Experience 

• Knowledge of identity security automation and workflow orchestration. 
• Experience establishing identity governance operating models and architecture standards. 
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, security architecture governance, and cloud-native security controls. 
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, SailPoint, or related credentials. 
• Experience operating within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries. 
• Experience mentoring architects, developer and leading cross-functional transformation programs. 
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and regulatory frameworks including SOX and HIPAA. 

Travel, Work Environment & Physical Requirements 

• Limited travel may be required based on business needs. 
• Position may be remote, hybrid, or office-based depending on organizational requirements. 
• Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings and work effectively in a collaborative environment. 
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while operating standard office equipment.
