Your Mission

As a Lead Graduate, you will embark on a transformative 2-year journey and join a dynamic group of ambitious graduates, bringing diverse perspectives and a shared passion to learn, grow, and shape the future.

What will you be doing? 

On our Lead Graduate Track, you won't just be observing – you'll be actively involved in driving our business forward. This fast-paced program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and network to become a future leader within Vopak's operations related functions, contributing to our global success and your own professional growth.

This two-year programme is designed to develop Vopak’s future leaders through structured job rotations and tailored training. You will gain hands-on experience by rotating through departments including Operations and Maintenance across our four terminals (Jurong Island and Sebarok Island).

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Sustainable Energy) or a related field

• Less than 2 years of professional experience 

• Proactive approach to learning, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving abilities to thrive in diverse teams

• Ambitious and driven graduates with a passion for making an impact

• Preferably held leadership roles in extracurriculars (e.g., student associations)
